Due to high festive-season order volume, it's taking us longer than usual to deliver orders. The best way to get your gifts on time is to beat the festive season rush and order early.

During checkout, we'll provide an estimated delivery date based on your delivery selection, the delivery address and where the item(s) will be dispatched from.

All our shipments are dispatched using a traceable currier method. The currier and tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order is dispatched.

Stocked products: These are products that are in stock and available in our UK warehouse. These products allow you to customise them with your own initials or clubs’ names. The average processing times for these products are to 6-8 working days depending on volume from order placing to dispatch.

You can return your order within 30 days from receiving your products. To process a return please follow the next steps:

  3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  4. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

Orders can be cancelled at any time before the items are picked for production in our warehouse. To do so you can contact our customer services.

You have several opportunities to review your order. We encourage you to review all the details in your basket before you check out. On the basket you will have the opportunity to amend the quantities, sizes and embellishment to prevent for example spelling mistakes. Once an order is placed, we will send you an email with a summary of each item. We will withhold your order for a period of 2 hours after the email confirmation is sent, to allow you to review your order and contact us in case any amendment is required. Unfortunately, once the order is picked by our warehouse for production we do not have means to amend or cancel your order.

Personalised/Customised items

We cannot process returns/refunds for products that have been personalised/customised as these have been manufactured specifically for your order. We only accept returns/refunds of these orders when products are faulty. In the unfortunate case that your items are faulty, we may ask you for some photos before we can complete the resend/refund.

When uploading own crests or sponsors images, the customer is liable for ensuring that have the relevant intellectual property rights, do not infringe copyrights, or have authorisation by writing from the owner of the intellectual property. Brighton Panthers Shop may at our own discretion, ask for proof of ownership should any doubts arise.

Likewise, we expressly forbid customers to upload content that could be prohibited by law, offensive or libellous. Brighton Panthers Shop can deny the production of an order at its own discretion if considers the order contravenes the above.

Brighton Panthers Shop stablishes several layers of moderation to prevent forbidden content to be used in our orders. An automated system identifies the uploaded content against an ever-growing list of forbidden words, should be the case, the pre-visualisation of your order will feature the word “swoosh”. Also, the customer is requested to accept a declaration confirming it owns or have the rights to use the intellectual property before uploading an asset. Finally, our operations partner will review the order.

If despite all our efforts an order is placed contravening the above indications, Brighton Panthers Shop reserves the right to seek compensation for any liability caused.

All items are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Please be aware that some orders destined to countries outside the EU may incur duty and/or other charges. Any duty, clearance, or additional carrier charges are to be borne by the recipient and we cannot accept liability for these costs, unless otherwise stated by writing. Unfortunately, we cannot anticipate these costs as these are dictated by each government and change from time to time. We encourage you to seek advice before you place an order.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a link and a tracking number to track the shipment. Whenever possible we will contact you by email to update you on the status of the shipment. In some occasions we – or our delivery partner- may notify you by text/SMS if you have opted-in to be contacted by this method.
