All our shipments are dispatched using a traceable courier method. The courier and tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order is dispatched.
Stocked products: These are products that are in stock and available in our UK warehouse. These products allow you to customise them with your own crest/sponsors and personalise it with players names and numbers. The average processing times for these products are 5 to 7 working days from order placing to dispatch, depending on volume.

You can return your order within 30 days from receiving your products. To process a return please follow the next steps:

Our Customer Services team provides support between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Orders can be cancelled at any time before the items are picked for production in our warehouse. To do so, you can contact our customer services.
You will have several opportunities to review your order. We encourage you to review all the details in your basket before you check out. On the basket you will have the opportunity to amend the quantities, sizes, and embellishment to prevent, for example, spelling mistakes. Once an order is placed, we will send you an email with a summary of each item. We will withhold your order for a period of 2 hours after the email confirmation is sent, to allow you to review your order and contact us in case any amendment is required. Unfortunately, once the order is picked by our warehouse for production we do not have means to amend or cancel your order, so we strongly encourage you to review the order summary to prevent disappointment.
We cannot process returns or refunds for products that have been personalised or customised as these have been manufactured specifically for you. We only accept returns or refunds on customised orders when products or embellishments are faulty. In the unfortunate case that your items are faulty, we may ask you to provide us with pictures before we can process the resend or refund. Where possible please do not include any personal data in any of your pictures provided for us to review your faulty items.
All items are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Please be aware that all orders destined to countries outside the United Kingdom and the EU may incur duty and/or other charges. Any duty, clearance, or additional carrier charges are to be borne by the recipient and we cannot accept liability for these costs, unless otherwise agreed by writing. Unfortunately, we cannot anticipate these costs as these are dictated by each government and change from time to time. We encourage you to seek advic

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a link and a tracking number to track the shipment. Whenever possible we will contact you by email to update you on the status of the shipment. In some occasions we – or our delivery partner- may notify you by text/SMS if you have opted-in to be contacted by this method.
